The Director, Digital Marketing Solutions Consultants will lead a dynamic team of four managers and their teams who are responsible for delivering high-quality digital marketing expertise and guidance to both prospective and current customers. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in digital marketing practices and a proven track record of driving strategic, customer-centric change. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, prior customer success experiences with large and complex customers, and the ability to activate a newly formed and dynamic team.

About the Role

  • Scale and activate the new Solution Consultant organization of up to 40 digital marketing experts.

  • Lead a team of Managers in crystalizing team goals, norms, cadences that will define of the team's operating model.

  • Define partnership models with key stakeholders across Sales, Client Executives, Digital Marketers, and other teams to ensure ongoing coordination and on-time, in-scope delivery of solutions to customers.

  • Establish, embed, and manage to set of KPIs for the performance of the team, with a bias toward customer performance and financial outcomes.

  • Over time, gather, prioritize, and share client feedback to drive product innovation and grow customer spend and retention.

  • Participate in revenue and growth planning.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics.

  • Strong leadership, people management and team building skills essential.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing practical business solutions.

  • Ability to work directly with clients to address and resolve escalations.

  • Ability to identify problem areas, trends, and opportunities, and take appropriate action is required.
