Nasdaq is looking for a Director, Digital Marketing Analytics to enhance our digital marketing team. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the development of our digital marketing data infrastructure, essential for producing advanced business intelligence dashboards. These dashboards will empower our digital marketing team with critical insights, improving how we attribute revenue and understand our customer's journey. Your skills will be essential in crafting, refining, and optimizing the flow of data from its origin to our analytical tools. This includes the creation of data pipelines and the streamlining of processes for our analytics dashboards and performance analytics. Your contributions will be key in shaping our marketing strategies and driving business success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Innovate and develop database architectures to gather and organize data, enabling the generation of interactive dashboards in business intelligence tools like Tableau for comprehensive marketing analysis.

  • Handle a variety of data sources such as Salesforce CRM, Pardot, Marketo, BigQuery, Google Analytics 360, Segment, Mixpanel, InfoMatch, Treasure Data CDP, among others.

  • Facilitate seamless data integration and transformation to ensure effective data flow across various applications, keeping in sync with data mart and Adobe CDP environments.

  • Respond to and manage ad hoc requests involving data extraction, transformation, and loading from different systems and tools.

  • Design and implement efficient automated ETL processes for streamlined data management.

  • Play a crucial role in data quality initiatives by formulating strategies that ensure data accuracy and adherence to governance protocols.

  • Propose and develop new data-centric products that align with the company's strategic goals.

  • Work in tandem with the legal and privacy departments to ensure all data processes are compliant with GDPR and CCPA regulations.

Qualifications Required:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • 4-6 years of experience in a Data Engineering role or similar capacity, with a blend of experience and education being considered.

  • A preference for candidates with a background in Marketing Data Engineering.

  • 2-4 years of proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, specifically for large-scale data set ETL operations.

  • 2-4 years of experience in modern data technology stacks such as Google Big Query, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.

  • Familiarity with public cloud services like Google Cloud, Azure, and AWS.

  • Experience with Terraform is a plus

  • Knowledgeable in data warehouse architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and reporting/analytics tools.

  • Experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Domo, Tableau, PowerBI, Datorama).

  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like Segment, Tealium Audience Stream, or Adobe Real-Time CDP is advantageous.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Pardot (MAP) is beneficial.

  • Familiarity with web data sets from Google Analytics

  • Experience in assembling complex data sets to meet both functional and non-functional business requirements.

The base pay range for this role is $120,800 - $201,300. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
