About the Role:
As a key member of the Digital team, reporting to the Digital Practice Lead of L'quipe L'Oral, you will be responsible for running an account (or multiple accounts) alongside a Planning counterpart. This role will work closely with the Planning, Strategy, & Activation leads to facilitate product/deliverables for your account(s) and effective, streamlined processes that get us there.
You will primarily collaborate with Maybelline media and marketing teams, and connect with Omni Media as needed.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Thought Leadership: As the senior digital leader, you'll provide strong POVs to our clients and act as a strategic resource to guide on the current state and future opportunities in digital. You're a leader with vision who can execute and evolve team processes as necessary and will find a home on the team and be with us for many years to come.
Client Management: You'll develop constructive and collaborative relationships alongside your planning counterpart with the various client teams, and steer the business in the right direction from a digital perspective. You love a good debate with clients, and have over the top client service and leadership skills.
Team Development: You'll mentor a growing digital team by educating, developing growth, and reinforcing a strong team mentality.
Partner Management & Ideation: You'll have the opportunity to work with key media partners to develop exceptional opportunities and/or identify key initiatives for potential programs.
Digital Process: You'll partner with the Digital and Activation Leads to find opportunities for workflow improvement and implementation.
Insights & Brand Learnings: You'll support and work with the Data Science team in streamlining and standardization of reporting and gathering of insights. Work collectively on learning agendas for the brand as well as partner-specific initiatives. Identify and capitalize on trends, working with digital and data science leads to apply broader LUSA findings as relevant.
Here's what you've done:
Bachelor's degree required; concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and/or communications preferred
7+ years media management experience, including at least 2+ years of team leadership at Associate Director level
Strong and established Digital proficiency across a variety of approaches, channels, and tactics
Ability to share a strong POV on key industry and digital media questions
Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates sharp, critical thinking and effective analytical skills
Appropriately and openly participate in team, agency, and industry initiatives
Demonstrate genuine curiosity and interest in our clients & their business
