Director, Digital Experience Delivery

We seek a Director of Digital Experience Delivery to lead and successfully deliver website development projects for our clients. This individual will actively lead multiple client projects from design to deployment, ensuring client satisfaction and exceptional quality.

About you:

A strategic, resilient, and engaging self-starter with a consistent record of leading successful website programs. Highly self-aware, intrinsically motivated, and inquisitive, always staying ahead of trends in digital experience, website design, UX, SEO, and website development. Extensive agency or consulting experience as a trusted advisor and senior client relationship cultivator, consistently delivering high-quality solutions. A transformative leader driving collaborative, user-centered problem-solving and solution development.

What you'll do:

• Serve as the subject matter authority supporting senior client relationships, ensuring strategy alignment, and stewarding digital experience investments that exceed business needs

• Lead scoping, estimating, designing, developing, launching, and optimizing eCommerce/digital experience projects with a high level of detail to deliver on specifics of the client brief

• Bring innovative new solutions using agile methods to build a repeatable, predictable approach to delivery

• Collaborate with internal teams and other client-agency partners to attend cross-agency meetings and work together to meet joint objectives

• Align with Client Success and Senior Leadership to co-develop and support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction

• Accurately scope engagements, build efficient operating models/project team organization, and lead the transition from sales to delivery

• Serve as senior product owner for all client engagements involving user experience, web design, and front-end development

• Lead a small, highly skilled team of professionals to deliver against client success outcomes, value, and critical metrics

• Understand the economics of digital metrics with confidence in data analytics, tying metrics to business value

• Assist leadership with practice advancement and administration, including resourcing, career development, service offering definition, and thought leadership creation

What you'll need:

• 15+ years of success building client relationships and leading teams delivering digital experience solutions

• Broad experience leading digital experience/eCommerce delivery, including UX, design, development, SEO, QA, CMS, DXP, architecture, CI/CD, tagging, analytics, personalization, optimization, compliance, and privacy

• Experience in mobile-first, B2B websites, CRM integration, and DXPs (Adobe, Salesforce, Optimizely, Sitecore)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, economics, math, statistics, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
