Summary:

The Director of Digital Banking is responsible for leading all operational aspects of the bank's digital banking platforms, including credit and debit card services, ATM's, online banking, and treasury management products. The incumbent will exercise collaboration and innovation to develop and maintain sound and robust digital banking services.

Responsibilities

  • Program Management- Lead Bank efforts to enhance the product offering and develop programs and campaigns to drive adoption by customers. Manage and oversee the Bank's digital banking services including the Bank's:

  • Mastercard Card Payment Solutions. Measurement, and improvement of products and services for both credit and debit cards.

  • ATM program. Monitor ATMs for suspicious devices, activities, and recommend and implement ATM security upgrades.

  • Merchant service referral partnership with Select Bankcard. Lead efforts to make the sales and onboarding process more efficient and assist in the development of marketing campaigns to grow the portfolio of merchants.

  • Online/mobile banking, and treasury management products.

  • Subject Matter Expert- Serve as subject Matter Expert for all product and service programs and systems used in the online/mobile banking, treasury management, Card Services Department and be a resource for internal and external member problem resolution.

  • Collaboration- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk Management, and Operations to mitigate and manage online banking, card fraud and security risks.

  • Department Management- Develop, implement, and maintain standardized departmental policies and procedures for operational procedures, products, and services programs. Ensure policies and procedures reflect compliance with applicable state and federal regulations/laws and are communicated appropriately.

  • Customer Service- Provide high priority to customer satisfaction, act in accordance with the Bank's brand expectations.

  • Other Duties as Assigned- Assist with projects at the direction of the VP, Payment Operations

Specifications and Requirements:

  • Management and Supervisory Expertise- Five years related management or supervisory experience in a financial institution required.

  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills that empower you to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Progressive Experience- Progressive experience in operations, card management, and treasury management required.

  • Initiative and Drive- A demonstrated self-starter who can effectively drive projects to completion, showcasing your ability to take ownership and make tangible impact.

  • Educational Background- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
