Position Specific Description

The Director, Development leads the development and execution of plans for new and enhanced transmission projects. This position is responsible for leading and managing resource allocation, schedules, and technical adequacy, ensuring the project or transaction is completed in the most cost-effective and competitive manner.

This position drives all aspects of the project life-cycle, including need/solution identification, financial feasibility analysis, engineering/design, project legal review, and financial negotiations, to ensure the project is completed on time and within budgetary constraints. Applicant should be comfortable with large, complex projects and coordination with numerous key stakeholders both internal and external to the organization.

Location: Candidate will report out of our Juno Beach, FL Headquarters. Remote opportunities may be considered.
