Job Summary:
Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop demand generation strategies aligned with iQor's business objectives and revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
Interview, Hire, Lead and manage the Business Demand Representative (BDR) team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure team members meet or exceed their targets.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the BDR team.
Demand Generation Campaigns
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Utilize marketing automation tools and technologies to execute campaigns efficiently and track performance metrics.
Lead Generation
Implement lead generation strategies to fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads, leveraging tactics such as inbound marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and social media outreach.
Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and collateral that resonates with target audiences.
Sales Enablement
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and sales scripts.
Provide support to the sales team by equipping them with the necessary resources and information to effectively engage with prospects.
Pipeline Management
Monitor and analyze the sales pipeline to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Implement strategies to accelerate the sales cycle and increase conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
Reporting and Analysis
Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI of demand generation activities.
Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
Overall Responsibilities for New Logo Meetings:
Lead the development and execution of strategies to secure meetings with potential new clients (new logos).
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify target accounts and prioritize outreach efforts.
Provide guidance and support to BDRs in crafting personalized outreach messages and positioning iQor's value proposition effectively.
Track progress and performance of new logo meetings, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
Liaise with sales representatives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and facilitate smooth transition to the sales process
Skills Requirements:
10 or more years of business experience in a relevant iQor position or equivalent external work experience, including 5 or more years of experience in management role.
Strong entrepreneurial skills, self-starter, requires little supervision.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required.?
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
