Job Summary:

Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop demand generation strategies aligned with iQor's business objectives and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

  • Interview, Hire, Lead and manage the Business Demand Representative (BDR) team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure team members meet or exceed their targets.

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the BDR team.

Demand Generation Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

  • Utilize marketing automation tools and technologies to execute campaigns efficiently and track performance metrics.

Lead Generation

  • Implement lead generation strategies to fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads, leveraging tactics such as inbound marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and social media outreach.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and collateral that resonates with target audiences.

Sales Enablement

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and sales scripts.

  • Provide support to the sales team by equipping them with the necessary resources and information to effectively engage with prospects.

Pipeline Management

  • Monitor and analyze the sales pipeline to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

  • Implement strategies to accelerate the sales cycle and increase conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI of demand generation activities.

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.

Overall Responsibilities for New Logo Meetings:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategies to secure meetings with potential new clients (new logos).

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify target accounts and prioritize outreach efforts.

  • Provide guidance and support to BDRs in crafting personalized outreach messages and positioning iQor's value proposition effectively.

  • Track progress and performance of new logo meetings, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.

  • Liaise with sales representatives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and facilitate smooth transition to the sales process

Skills Requirements:

  • 10 or more years of business experience in a relevant iQor position or equivalent external work experience, including 5 or more years of experience in management role.

  • Strong entrepreneurial skills, self-starter, requires little supervision.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required.?

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
