As the leader of Domino's Demand Generation function, you will serve in a visible leadership role at the intersection of Sales and Marketing. You will be responsible for delivering strategic global marketing programs that drive demand for Domino's solutions, grow sales pipeline, accelerate the sales cycle, target and nurture high-propensity-to-buy accounts, and amplify our brand message and value proposition. You will find the right strategies, channels and tactics for efficiently reaching data science leaders, practitioners and IT leaders and getting them into Domino's funnel, qualifying and scoring those leads, and assist in accelerating prospects once in the funnel. The ideal candidate will be someone with experience and passion for modern data-driven demand generation and account-based marketing practices and technologies.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing impactful B2B marketing programs with a focus on ABM, digital marketing, and lead management into the Global 2000, ideally to a technical audience spanning technical leaders, CIO and IT.
Responsibilities and duties:
Be the owner to help Domino evolve our ABM strategy and tactics.
Work closely with Sales, Field Marketing and Product Marketing to align on strategies and tactics for landing and expanding at our top named accounts.
Develop and manage marketing attribution models and reports to drive data-informed decisions.
Develop and manage demand programs (such as digital ads, webinars, email marketing, sponsorships, lead-gen, and more), budgets, resource needs, and cross-team dependencies based on performance data and expected ROI.
Provide intelligence and guidance to the marketing and sales teams with regards to optimal marketing mix, messaging and tactics for generating new leads and accelerating prospects ("What's resonating/What's not?").
Build nurture/drip programs to increase sales efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement and learning through testing and analysis.
Oversee the management of our customer database and marketing automation platform (HubSpot).
Background and experience
5+ years experience developing and executing strategic B2B demand generation and ABM programs to technical buyers at large enterprises.
Hands-on experience working with demand-generation tools and platforms, such as HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DemandBase, Google Analytics, and more..
Data-driven and transparent, using structured and analytical thinking to plan, execute, and evaluate demand-generation programs.
Demonstrated ability to identify stakeholders, build consensus, and achieve buy-in.
Ability to uncover marketing insights from attribution models, customer database analysis, historical data, funnel reporting, and other sources of customer insight.
Budget allocation and reporting experience.
Experience in selecting and overseeing creative and marketing agencies.
Implementing and managing testing and optimization programs.
Thrive working cross-functionally across different stakeholder groups and personalities, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to listen effectively.
