Requirements / Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: Valid California Administrative Services Credential Master's Degree Served a minimum of 5 years as a school site administrator Doctorate degree preferred PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Leadership abilities to provide guidance for administrators, certificated and classified employees with emphasis on the following skills: effective communicator, organized, innovative, collaborative, and visionary Ability to provide leadership and vision in the areas of Curriculum and Professional Learning as related to the following areas: Direct, coordinate and monitor professional learning for 7th - Adult school, specifically aligned with supporting LCAP goals and Title II support.

Development and implementation of specially funded programs such as Dual Enrollment, Summer School, and Academic Intervention support.

Development, implementation, and coordination of bilingual/ multicultural education programs including Dual Immersion, Seal of Biliteracy, and English learner support programs. Oversee all State/Federal/District requirements for graduation requirements Work with school site administrators to align policies and practices for college and career guidance and support Oversee and direct support of English learner counselors across grades 7 - 12. *Please see job description for additional details.
