Job Description:

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Master Data Management (MDM) Integration Lead will be responsible for coordinating and executing the overall cross-divisional operations of the CRM platform and its data integration with the MDM platform. The position will have a deep understanding of CRM processes and data requirements, and will be able to develop CRM strategy that support the insights provided to the business.

The CRM and MDM Integration Lead will be responsible for the following:

Overall management of CRM strategy, process and operations

Own definition of CRM requirements based on brand strategic and tactical plans to pull through execution with the Field

Own the CRM prioritization efforts within Pharma, Oncology and with Global leadership and develop enhancement roadmaps and execution plans

Operational ownership of CRM system, including activity logs, validity of the customer information within CRM, and roster management and administration. Work with MDM team to provide issues, pain points, requirements and data quality needs to drive additional adoption and success of the CRM platform

Partner with the franchises and Business Leads to own, define, and maintain up front CRM business rules for field execution

Working with SFE Lead to ensure information housed in the CRM translates to the business needs, providing reliable reporting and information sharing related to field execution

Managing and optimizing the integration with the MDM platform, providing solutions to tactical data flow issues

Working closely with the technology leads and vendors to manage the execution of CRM processes and customer data requests from the business

Your Responsibilities - The Senior Global Regulatory Affairs Director (Sr. GPRD)-Innovation is a recognized leader in the development and implementation of digital and other innovative technologies, as stand alone or in combination with Novartis products. This role drives regulatory input to Global Program Teams (GPTs) and Digital Development teams as a core team member and functions independently without supervision to define and implement complex global regulatory strategies for the development, registration and approval/post approval of novel technology. The Sr. GPRD-Innovation can serve as the Reg. Affairs representative on a GPT or partner with the Development Unit (DU) Reg Affairs representative (if any) on the GPTs to advise on the appropriate digital and device strategy. The Sr. GPRD-Innovation is also the recognized expert enterprise-wide on key topics such as Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), the development and use of sensors and novel endpoints, novel clinical trial approaches, block chain, AI and other emerging technologies, and may serve on management boards related to these topics. The Sr. GPRD-Innovation is also highly externally engaged, actively contributing to industry groups, consortia and with global Health Authorities (HAs) to drive adoption, acceptance and development of standards for novel technological approaches in drug development and evolving digital medicine categories.
