Providence is calling a Full Time, Day Shift Director, Critical Care Services to Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA.
In this position you will:
Be responsible for developing the vision and strategies related to Critical Care Services.
Direct and is responsible for the clinical and operational components of the critical care and progressive care departments, rapid response team, critical care float pool and other departments as assigned.
Understand and supports Shared Governance and the effective engagement of nursing and other inter-professionals in shared decision-making.
Report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Management experience in hospital/health care environment.
3 years administrative experience in hospital administration or specialty field.
Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills.
Current California Licensed Registered Nurse
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Nurse Executive-Board Certified (NE-BC)
