Directs the Critical Care unit's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

Reports to: Chief Nursing Officer

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

American Heart Association (AHA) OR American Red Cross Certifications

Basic Life Support (BLS)

• Required to be obtained within 90 days of employment, if not current upon hire

ACLS

• Required within 6 months of employment

Minimum Work Experience

Minimum 3 years nursing experience required, with at least 1 year of critical care experience. .Management/Leadership experience desired.
