National Express is looking for a Director of CPQ Billing to build out a billing function and assess metrics for business performance across a range of Quote-to-Cash business processes including quoting, pricing, sales, contracting, and revenue management. This role will work cross-functionally with sales, operations, commercial, finance, BI, and more to implement practical business solutions for CPQ billing. The ideal candidate is an energetic, self-starter with the ability to support projects through completion, provide ongoing recommendations and support business changes with excellent quantitative analysis and communication skills. This role will report to the Division CFO, Student Transportation and work closely with the Director, Commercial throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Participate in the development and help drive the adherence to relevant standards, guidelines, best practices, and procedures across the organization specifically, support commercial oversight of billing accuracy and invoicing across the portfolio

  • Work closely with internal customers, process owners, development teams, support teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that end-to-end solutions are delivered with quality and that expectations are met for functionality, reliability, and availability

  • Report on contractual billing metrics and report metrics to senior leadership and executives on a regular basis

  • Document and translate business requirements to Salesforce/CPQ functional roles

  • Support projects and initiatives to deploy new functionality and/or enhance existing functionality

  • Support end user training and documentation

  • Create test cases and test scripts in support of test plans

  • Document acceptance criteria and testing requirements for positive, negative and regression testing for user stories

  • Manage project status, timeline, risks for overall project or individual workstream

  • Partner with IT/Salesforce on solution design, advocating for optimized processes, out of the box configuration, efficient user experience and ultimately a positive customer experience

  • Analyze data on business processes and capabilities

  • Document insights for internal and external audiences

  • Develop and maintain user-friendly survey instruments

Qualifications Include:

  • 5 years of experience in CPQ, billing, strategy, finance, or operations

  • Conga CPQ Certification or similar

  • Salesforce Administration certification preferred

  • Experience implementing CPQ solutions for Conga, Apttus, Salesforce, or other CPQ solutions within Salesforce

  • Proficient in documenting requirements and solution design deliverables

  • Proven ability to work well independently and within a team environment

  • Demonstrates experience with cloud application architectures, data models, configuration, and customization

  • Degree in a Business, Finance, or Engineering area

  • Exceptional interpersonal and business writing skills

  • Customer focused, action oriented and committed to driving quality results

  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge of Sales, Pricing, Revenue Management domains, a plus

  • Knowledge in data management, a plus

We are looking for music educators to join our Music Education Services department! This role will provide music instruction at local schools. Ideal educators will have a passion for teaching music and a high level of energy. Essential Functions (not all-inclusive): * Teach music classes in schools both in group settings and in one-on-one settings based on contracts with each school. Class sizes vary from a few students to over 50 kids. * Use recruiting tools, set up instrument testing events, recruitment nights, and other programs to entice kids at a school to join the band/orchestra program. This may require on-site activities after school hours. * Prepare lesson plans, curriculum and benchmarking for all students, report on the progress of students against those benchmarks via progress reports and report cards. Benchmarks for each instrument and experience level will be provided. * Maintain quality relationships with school administration and principals to secure schedules for classes, notify schools of changes to classes or schedules, and notify the office if students are not attending or have other issues in class. * Coordinate concerts, solo & ensemble activities, and other events and performances to engage with students and parents. * Work with retail store and education representatives to make sure students have the instrument and supplies necessary to be successful in class. * Teach summer lessons and continuing education activity to students that wish to continue over the summer. * Additional duties as assigned.
