Make an Impact

As Director, Corporate Treasury reporting to the Treasurer in our Sandy, Utah office you will be responsible for providing a wide array of strategic leadership for treasury operations across Bridge Investment Groups operations. You will use your depth of treasury, finance, and accounting knowledge consistently, designing processes, systems, and other tools to drive best practices.

• Develop and lead a high performing, diverse team of career treasury individuals across multiple business units

• Lead strategic global treasury operations and M&A treasury integration projects

• Oversee and design global high-volume cash management activities including cash positioning, forecasting, short-term investments, pooled structures, intercompany transactions, opening and closing bank accounts, treasury products and services, fraud prevention tools, signatory lists, and online bank systems

• Navigate complicated AML/KYC compliance from internal and external inquires

• FX contract review, hedging and risk management including strategy design, trade execution & operations, compliance and polices

• Provide hands on expertise and guidance for all technical bank and treasury system inquiries including file transmissions such as positive pay, payments, and balance reporting (etc) for domestic and international banking partners (BAI2, SWFIT, MT files)

• Partner with other senior treasury leads to design treasury technology tools/processes/workflows

• Oversee and maintain debt facilities, letters of credit, ACH and bank overdraft type facilities ensuring full covenant compliance

• Partner with Internal Audit and Technical Accounting to ensure all treasury activities are appropriately controlled, documented and disclosed, including SOX and SOC compliance, cash investments, debt facility activity, and other treasury items

What you should bring

• 8+ years proven experience in treasury or financial operations roles within a large-scale complex organization.

• Treasury operations or financial management experience in a high-volume, multi-bank real estate and/or alternative private equity investment company

• Demonstrated experience leading a team across multiple locations, driving growth, development and success.

• Proven understanding of global treasury, banking and capital markets; and respective regulatory landscapes (AML/KYC etc.)

• Technical knowledge of bank systems and treasury workstations (Kyriba ideal)

• Experience using risk analytic and market rating tools such as Moody's, Bloomberg etc.

• A CTP, CFA, or CPA is highly desirable.
