The Director, Corporate Counsel, M&A reports to the VP, M&A Counsel and is a subject matter expert who will have responsibility to help support Edwards' Corporate Development team on all strategic transactions, including M&A and corporate venture capital investments. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to help shape the Company's strategic vision and collaborate with various levels of leadership to help Edwards achieve its business objectives by providing practical, timely and effective legal counsel, while minimizing potential legal risks (and having fun doing it as part of a great team).
Work Schedule: Given the collaborative and complex nature of this work, this role is in person full time in Irvine, California. Domestic relocation provided for qualified candidates.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $166,000 to $235,000 (highly experienced).
