This position plans and directs the implementation of system-level consumer strategies across service lines and operating regions aimed at reducing friction for consumers and increasing loyalty. The incumbent supports key priorities around building and optimizing digital connections with patients and provides oversight and guidance for analytics and operational working groups meant to inform progress and ultimately success of all consumer strategy priorities. This position oversees teams working on new connections with patients as well as key opportunities to direct change management efforts in collaboration with the project management teams, workforce development teams, and other significant partners.

Education

Required - Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, marketing or related field

Work Experience

Required 5 years of experience overseeing an initiative with broad impact to enhance client experience through digital connection

Preferred 8 years of experience overseeing an initiative with broad impact to enhance client experience through digital connection

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Computer skills and dexterity for data entry and retrieval of information.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.

  • Proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.

  • Project management skills to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously mixing long term projects with the urgency of immediate demands.

  • Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills.

  • Team building and interpersonal skills to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others, build strong and sustainable relationships, and professionally interact within all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical skills.

Job Duties

  • Plans and directs implementation of system-level consumer strategies in accordance with the patient journey across service lines and operating regions.

  • Supports and often leads key priorities around building and optimizing digital connections with patients.

  • Provides oversight and guidance for analytics and operational working groups meant to inform progress and ultimately success of all consumer strategy priorities.

  • Oversees teams working on initiatives and projects meant to make new connections with patients, often in collaboration with retail and others.

  • Helps to establish accountability across teams by making sure appropriate milestones and measurements are built into business and project plans around key change management efforts in collaboration with project management and workforce development teams and other significant partners.

  • Other related duties as required.
