This position is responsible for leading the Consumer Outside Sales Farmer Division and is a direct report to the Vice President Consumer Sales. This position has national responsibilities and leads a large Farmer sales team of 180 plus FTE employees.This position has sales responsibilities for Greenfield and Brownfield Multi-Family Homes, driving HSI sales, subscriber penetration and revenue. The Director has Consumer market responsibility for MDU sales. The leader is responsible for achieving targeted penetration goals in ~7,000 assigned properties.The Main Responsibilities
Key Functions: MDU (Farmer), influencing property managers to promote, sell and market Lumen HSI in strategic MDU properties. Collaborate with partner organizations to expand sales channels via D2D, IR partners and others at Assigned properties, as well as pursue unassigned properties.Ensure growth in the adoption of strategic initiatives at Assigned properties - including CCRP or other referral programs, Instant On audits/refresh, property surveys, AM to OSR/TSR transition meetings, etc. Lead a management team in driving consistency in best practices - visits, unique visits, events, virtual events, other property communications - with correlations to results. Implement strategies and tactics that are informed by property types, technologies, contract types and other factors that warrant focused GTM plans.Establish objectives aligned with Finance models, develop strategies, tactics and remediation plans as applicable, for Exceed, Meet and Underperform properties. Lead a sales team of ~ 180 managers and frontline sellers. Manage a ~$12M+ budget.Collaborate with marketing, sales operations, field operations and hunter team to achieve goals. Collaborate with regional leaders to establish market spokesperson, ambassador, and voice of our brand in the community through PR, chambers, economic development agencies, philanthropic activity, politicians and other local organizations. What We Look For in a Candidate
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. 5 years of increasing responsibility in sales and sales leadership.Proven track record of driving sales and profits as well as developing sales professionals, with a strong customer service focus and relationship building. Marketing experience in developing go to market plans (GTM). Ability to establish and manage sales plans based on revenue and product targets and retention objectives.
