The Director of Naviance Consulting is a highly skilled professional with a depth of project management and software implementation knowledge. We're looking for a candidate with a demonstrated history of accomplishment in leadership, change management, culture building, and organizational dynamics. The Director is an essential member of the Naviance Leadership team and, as such, acts in a collaborative manner to drive the successful completion of business goals with other Consulting and cross-functional counterparts.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of project (implementation) consultants who provide support to new and existing clients in effectively utilizing the Naviance solution

  • Manage a Manager of Consulting in addition to individual Project Consultants

  • Evaluate and create services offerings that drive client success

  • Establishes KPIs and analytics to effectively measure the performance of the team

  • Works closely with, and reports quarterly to Senior Leadership on accomplishments, activities, and progress against goals and objectives

  • Partners with sales counterparts to understand projected business volume to effectively manage budget, forecast, and staffing levels

  • Drives customer success via delivery against expected results, overall execution, team quality, and customer satisfaction

  • Achieves financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, post-graduate degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or software implementation

  • 2+ years of experience in people management, preferably with a track record of coaching young professionals

  • Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively (verbal and written)

  • Collaborates effectively within and across teams

Consulting Services Intern Job Summary We currently have an outstanding position for a K-12 Consulting Intern. Consultants possess experience and knowledge in K12 Advising that is leveraged in managing and delivering implementation, training, and consulting engagements to ensure client success. Consultants work to understand clients' challenges, requirements, and constraints to design implementation and improvement plans to ensure client success. The 2019 Summer Internship Program will be held May 28th through August 1st, 2019 This position will be located in: Arlington, VA (Clarendon metro) Essential Functions/Responsibilities * Collaborate with K12 consultants to develop PowerPoint presentations and usage reports for client presentations * Conduct interactive, hands-on, and effective professional development to clients via WebEx * Support Professional Services leadership with reporting performance metrics * Assist K12 consultants with client deliverables and meeting notes * Assist Strategic Consultants with conducting research and analysis to fully understand client challenges and objectives * Leverage best practices, industry standards, existing research/literature, and policy design best-in-class solutions for clients Minimum Qualifications * Passion for K12 education & understanding of K12 markets * Proficient in advanced Microsoft excel functions & Microsoft PowerPoint * Interest in software implementation and consulting * Strong work ethic, professionalism, adaptability, and composure * Ability to prioritize tasks/workload and thrive in a high volume, deadline sensitive environment * Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively (verbal and written) * Strong attention to detail * Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a 4-year degree program is required * Must have availability for 35 hours/week * Must be able to travel to and from the office on your own accord Our employees are a direct reflection of our business.
