The Director of Naviance Consulting is a highly skilled professional with a depth of project management and software implementation knowledge. We're looking for a candidate with a demonstrated history of accomplishment in leadership, change management, culture building, and organizational dynamics. The Director is an essential member of the Naviance Leadership team and, as such, acts in a collaborative manner to drive the successful completion of business goals with other Consulting and cross-functional counterparts.
This position will be located in
Lead a team of project (implementation) consultants who provide support to new and existing clients in effectively utilizing the Naviance solution
Manage a Manager of Consulting in addition to individual Project Consultants
Evaluate and create services offerings that drive client success
Establishes KPIs and analytics to effectively measure the performance of the team
Works closely with, and reports quarterly to Senior Leadership on accomplishments, activities, and progress against goals and objectives
Partners with sales counterparts to understand projected business volume to effectively manage budget, forecast, and staffing levels
Drives customer success via delivery against expected results, overall execution, team quality, and customer satisfaction
Achieves financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
Bachelor's degree required, post-graduate degree preferred
3+ years of experience in project management or software implementation
2+ years of experience in people management, preferably with a track record of coaching young professionals
Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
Collaborates effectively within and across teams
