Baptist Health is looking for a Director, Compliance & Privacy to join our team in LaGrange, KY

Director of Compliance

Directs and monitors the hospital compliance activities on a daily basis. Contributes to the fulfillment of the mission and vision by planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs, policies and procedures. Coordinates internal reviews to determine the effectiveness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles consistent with the mission, vision and values of Baptist Health and those required by applicable laws and regulations.

Director of Privacy

Implements system-wide policies and procedures, conducts educational programs and administers reviews related to the Baptist HIPAA privacy program. Oversees all ongoing hospital activities related to the development, implementation, maintenance of and adherence to the Baptist policies and procedures covering the privacy of, and access to, Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with federal and state laws and Baptist information privacy practices.

Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years' experience in healthcare compliance.

• Coding experience is preferred.

• Certified Health Care Compliance CHC - Compliance Certification Board required
