The Director of Compensation plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our compensation programs. Responsible for the overall design, implementation, administration, and communication of Baptist Health compensation programs. The Director will ensure our programs are compliant with all federal and state regulations and create policies and procedures documenting adherence. Strategically partners with external consultants and internal departments to administer streamlined and cost-effective compensation programs. Integral part of Total Rewards leadership team, reporting to the VP of Total Rewards.
