Sungard Availability Services is seeking a Director
Lead Creative Services function, including concept development, creative direction, design, copywriting and editorial. Develop, execute and produce high quality multimedia marketing content. Optimize type and mix of content to maximize impact including digital, video/animation/graphics, print, sales enablement and event support.
Bring forward innovative design and communication approaches by keeping a pulse on leading and emerging design and go-to-market trends.
Partner with Digital team to optimize creative, messaging and user experience while working within website parameters and templates. Lead creative ideation and support development of creative testing to maximize digital performance outcomes.
Own the global brand and brand standards, including monitoring and updating the standards to enable global brand strategy and continuity throughout the organization.
Maintain workflows and processes to manage incoming projects, resource assignments, kick-offs and schedules to deliver quality creative development projects. Act as single point of contact and manage day-to-day requests. Prioritize work and trade-offs based on business imperatives and strategic goals of marketing and the company.
Develop ongoing report of creative projects requested, in progress or completed; increasing visibility among global Marketing and enabling other groups to leverage or re-purpose.
Manage Brand & Creative Services budgets including tracking actual vs. budget expenses. Manage creative vendors, freelancers, contracts, purchase orders and invoices. For non-budgeted creative requests, forecast costs and confirm funding source with requestor.
10+ years of experience leading creative processes and workflows, 5+ years managing a team.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, media or a related subject, or the equivalent work experience.
Attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye for design aesthetics.
Demonstrated experience managing internal resources and external vendors to a defined outcome that is within planned budgets.
Strong knowledge of web design and user experience principles, with knowledge of digital media channels & digital advertising requirements.
Ability to innovate and think critically in a high paced, multi-tasking environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working across all level of staff and management to move creative projects forward.
Experience across all major platforms is a must, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
