The Commercial Insights Director will be primarily responsible for developing business insights that accelerate the performance of franchise brands. This role brings specific therapeutic area in-depth expertise, analytical intuition and project management skills to turn insights into executed business capabilities within either a franchise or function*. The Franchise Insights & Execution Lead will work with franchise marketing and sales management to identify key business opportunities and challenges, and with Analytics Leads in the Solutions Group to address those through research, analytics, and reporting.

You will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

Support the translation and interpretation of analyses into insights for the franchise or function in support of brand P/L & investment optimization

Develop and maintain Commercial Acceleration business acumen capability

Co-create the definition and prioritization of analytical projects to drive brand health

Recommend execution of actions to be taken by the franchise based on insights to drive

business performance

Activate other franchise or Commercial Acceleration resources to implement insight-directed initiatives

Provide inputs to align the Commercial Acceleration services roadmap to franchise strategy

Undergraduate degree in business, science, or related discipline required.

Minimum 5 years of experience working on analytical projects

Minimum 10 years of Healthcare experience required within specific franchise or function

Extensive experience using data to support business decisions

Demonstrated experience in requirement collection and translation, and solution delivery to meet those requirements

Strong expertise in analysing data to qualify and quantify business opportunities

Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines

Demonstrated experience analyzing complex situation and processes and effectively integrating and synthesizing the data to form a complete cohesive picture

Proven self-starter with high standards of excellence and an innovative mind

Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to coach and manage team members

Ability to manage for results under ambiguity

Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

Experience synthesizing information to develop recommendations and communicate clearly to influence and negotiate based on recommendations

Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines

Excels at interacting with a diverse group of people, all levels of management, including senior leadership

Change management and strong project management experience

Proven business intelligence tool capabilities

Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills

Role Description Our organization has an opening for a business savvy, highly analytical and detail-oriented candidate to join our growing Consumer Insights & Analytics team. This strategic role will collaborate with Marketing and Media Leads to drive consumer-centric decision making and help to formulate end to end brand strategy: to support communication strategy and campaign development (Digital and beyond), consumer targeting, innovation pipeline development, product and packaging, which are all fueling Mondelez's revenue growth. The ideal candidate is business-minded, consumer-centric and has some level of experience with Digital / Social / Marketing/ Measurement. This person is a strong analyst who enjoys data, testing hypothesis, and influencing executives. Most importantly, this person can turn insights into ACTION!
