As the Director of Commercial Analytics at Bunge, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and drive initiatives in the area of Commercial Analytics. In this role, you will play a crucial part in improving our analytical capabilities and supporting commercial decision making across our agribusiness operations.

Responsibilities:

• Take leadership of key commercial analytics projects, ensuring flawless execution and delivering on objectives within scope, timeline, and budget.

• Own the product development and adoption of Bunge Insights Terminal, driving continuous development to provide world-class analytical insights.

• Integrate Economic Research analytical systems to enhance our data flows, tools, and processes.

• Collaborate closely with Research and BT (Business Technology) teams to design the vision for the future state of our analytical infrastructure.

• Develop plans, budgets, and overall proposals for future state execution.

• Manage the use case pipeline and demand, generating ideas and testing hypotheses.

• Collaborate with teams from commercial, research, and BT departments, ensuring coordination and clear communication.

• Build a proposal for on-desk quants to support both ad-hoc and structured commercial decision making.

• Be a leader in fostering a data-driven culture, expanding our analytical capabilities and decision support tools for Commercial Agribusiness.

Requirements:

• Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Statistics, Economics, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience will also be considered.

• 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, demonstrating a history of effectively leading and developing teams with strong work ethic and dedication to excellence.

• Highly desirable: Experience in the agricultural, commodities, or food processing industry.
