KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Technology Enablement for our Consulting practice.
Responsible for business development and sales support to Cloud transformation pursuits including guidance to clients on how to move applications to Cloud
Identify skills and grow team to support cloud migration engagements
Build proof of concepts for Cloud solutions and support Go-To-Market activities for cloud solutions
Contribute to thought leadership and development of cloud transformation marketing collateral
Work with KPMG Global services to hire and grow team with cloud capabilities as well as manage teams, projects and clients
Create assets to leverage as accelerators for clients in their Cloud Transformation journey
A minimum of eight years of customer interaction in a technical, technical sales, or technical leadership role in a technology consulting environment and three plus years of Azure/AWS architecture and software development on Azure platform (Azure/AWS certification a plus)
Advanced knowledge of at least two in the following technology areas; Core infrastructure, virtualization and migrating systems to cloud, Cloud Solutions, Information Management
Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with an ability to extract, translate and communicate meaningful information at all levels of executives, senior managers, and associates across business and technology organizations
Working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture and APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.) and other integration patterns and strong understanding of architectural patterns, guard rails and design best practices
Experience with relational and no-SQL databases such MongoDB and knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, etc...
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college
Travel may be up to 80-100%
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
