Director, Clinical Product Management (Bothell, WA)
This key leadership role in the Ultrasound business will lead a team of Clinical Product Managers to develop clinical roadmaps and drive clinical performance during the Innovation-to-Market process, which enhance our new Access and Obstetric products across the globe.
Your role:
Drive project leadership for clinical verification and validation of new products, features, upgrades, and enhancements. Provide clinical guidance to program teams during product development to ensure product performance meets intended uses, with particular focus on image quality.
Support our Global Marketing and training organizations to include the development and presentation of training materials on new products and features.
Identify and onboard Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in alignment with Clinical Marketing Strategy team. Participate in KOL engagement preparation, execution, and insights collection.
Own clinical roadmap for the application area and provide input or create proof‐points and support post market introduction studies in collaboration with Markets.
Create an engaging, innovative, and inspiring working environment by motivating, challenging, and coaching the team towards professional growth.
You're the right fit if:
You've acquired 10+ years of program development experience, including 5+ years of research experience.
Your skills include:
Demonstrated clinical and technical knowledge in Diagnostic Imaging, more specifically Point of Care and Obstetric Ultrasound applications, preferred.
Ability to apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer or internal issues where needed.
Prior experience in commercial ultrasound (highly desired).
You have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline-Master's or PhD preferred.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You have excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and are self-motivated. You have the ability to multi-task and complete simultaneous projects in tandem.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $160,720 to $275,520 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
