We are currently looking for a new Director, Client Success to join our growing client success team. Due to the unprecedented situation of COVID-19, MDLIVE has decided to protect our current and future employees by managing our business remotely. This is inclusive of interviewing, onboarding, and each role day-to-day. This role will be based in our Chicago, IL office post-pandemic, following the guidance of local health authorities and the CDC.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team with the goal of nurturing, retaining, and growing our client base while driving utilization. These accounts will generally be made up of health systems, health plans and employers. In this individual contributor role, you will work as a trusted partner for our clients and understand their challenges and needs while creating long-term strategic growth plans for our products and services. On top of that, you'll partner collaboratively with your team to ensure you're successfully prospecting, networking, relationship building, and jumping through procurement hoops in a way that charms our customers.
What you'll do?
As a Director, Client Success you will work with current clients from health systems, health plans, and employers. You will work as a strategic partner to increase revenue, retain clients, and drive utilization. In addition, you will:
Exceed annual revenue quotas by developing and securing new revenue opportunities within existing clients (e.g. upsells, additional member segments, renewals, etc.)
Develop and manage sales processes & reporting systems to track national, regional and online clients throughout their sales cycles
Exceed annual client engagement quotas specific to registrations and utilization
Manage on-going, detail-oriented relationship management with client decision makers
Manage complex, consultative sales, that involve multiple decision-makers
Deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate client value
Analyze and present client data
Forecast pull through sales projections and maintain active pipeline updates in Salesforce
Lead meetings onsite, offsite and virtually to demonstrate product capabilities to prospective clients
Create and execute train the trainer programs to respective channel sales teams
Attend trade shows and industry events as designated
What skills and experience do you bring?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in strategic account management, sales or business development
Understanding of health plans and/or health systems
Experience working with physicians and C- suite executives
Ability to develop and interpret sales forecasts for partners, including a strong facility with Excel
Hands on, strong team player, and fully accountable for delivering agreed-upon performance metrics
Proven ability to close sales opportunities with Health Plans, Employers and/or Health Systems
Health Plan, Employer and/or Health System product understanding (benefit models, industry norms, regulations)
Experience with financial modeling specific to proposals
Experience with product demonstrations to senior executives
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Ability to present to a variety of audiences
Experience and high proficiency in Microsoft Office products
