The primary purpose of this role is to Provide overall executive oversight and execution accountability for one - three of Allscripts' largest and most prestigious customers. Manage and oversee multiple programs within a single, large, complex and rapidly growing healthcare organization. Specific accountability spans business development / sales, services / implementations and support.

Collaborate closely with the sales representatives, driving the strategy to our business development plans for the client(s)
Identify opportunities for add on sales opportunities
Responsible for executing booking value in line with the quota established for the client(s)
Manage the overall sales process
Negotiate terms, conditions, pricing and other contractual elements.
The Program Director will have a clear understanding of the terms and conditions of the agreements for their client(s) and insure that all are executed.
This role is responsible for ensuring delivery against all contractual obligations
Works with Project Director to document any changes in the execution of the project including Scope Change Requests, Work Orders, or Amendments.
Identify project risks and escalate issues which may negatively impact the teams' ability to move forward and meet the terms of the agreement.
Oversight of implementations and roll-outs The Program Director will have a clear oversight of implementations and roll-outs
The Program Director will also coordinate Allscripts resources both dedicated to the project and those that remotely support their efforts. This expands to partners and third parties engaged within the project
Ensure program risks are well documents and proactively managed.
Oversees successful delivery of various individual project elements to ensure overall attainment of mutually agreed upon goals and objectives.
Accountable for project profitability and on budget
Accountable for ensuring projects and programs remain on schedule (e.g. milestones, go lives)
Focal Point for the appropriate escalation of any issues raised from the top down or bottom up. In this escalation capacity, the Program Director will work with the client, Allscripts Support, and Allscripts Development to address and resolve the issues reported. If no clear resolution is available, options and workarounds will be proposed.
Ensure our on going client support model is effective and provides appropriate results
Responsible for overall client satisfaction as measured by Net Promoter Score and reference activity
Ensure appropriate, regular communication pathways will be established between the Client and Allscripts. This may include participation in weekly meetings, Executive Status Reviews and/or Executive Steering Committee Meetings
Ensure Allscripts delivers on expected (committed) results for the client(s)
Academic and professional qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required
Masters Degree a plus
Strongly prefer 15+ years of healthcare consulting experience (or applicable work experience)
Minimum of 10 years of healthcare experience including the implementation of clinical documentation and like technology solutions for physician practices
Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements
Strong written, oral, and presentation skills for audience appropriate delivery (i.e. executive, clinician, project team levels)
Exemplary communication skills at all levels of the organization from C-level executives to project level resources. Timely, thorough and audience appropriate.
Ability to manage multiple complex and changing initiatives happening concurrently within the organization.
Experience in creating and communicating value propositions with sales, clients and delivery teams
Allscripts Enterprise application and/or implementation experience strongly preferred
Track record of providing consistently excellent customer service
Ability to work effectively independently; and within a matrix organization
Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
Substantial time is spent working on a computer
