JOB SUMMARY The Director, Client and Agency Partnerships consults with national brands and agencies to deliver innovative, holistic solutions that leverage the full breadth of OUTFRONTs out of home, digital, mobile, and experiential offerings. She/he will bring OUTFRONTs full toolkit of industry expertise, networks, research, partnerships, and data to craft creative solutions to meet their needs.
This role will focus on top national brands and agencies to raise company awareness within the media landscape, driving incremental revenue and new business. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Represent OUTFRONT Media to national advertisers, media, creative, and digital agencies. Dynamically articulate OUTFRONTs ad offerings through a holistic client solutions lens.
Grow national business & key accounts based in Chicago and throughout the Midwest (some travel required). Consult and advise national brands and their agencies to uncover campaign strategy and insights. Brainstorm with internal teams to create best in class proposals and comprehensive client solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships to keep OUTFRONT Media top of mind.
Provide insights and proactive concepts to deepen partnerships and drive revenue growth. Uncover new business from national brands based in Chicago and throughout the Midwest. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS Assist in the development of national sales strategy and digital deployment.
Work collaboratively with national sales team, executive team, client strategy and solutions team, research, corporate marketing, operations, and other colleagues to achieve goals and objectives. Monitor industry news, relevant market trends and insights, and provide key analysis. Deliver weekly reports, pipeline reports, and other status updates.
Maintain internal systems and tools, ensuring they are always current and organized. Act with diplomacy, professionalism, and exhibit behavior consistent with the service philosophy of OUTFRONT Media. Perform other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Director: Minimum 10 years media buying and/or selling; digital media experience preferred. Must have very strong, proven relationships with national brands and agencies based in Chicago and throughout the Midwest.
Impeccable reputation within the ad community, highly engaged in the media industry, with an existing presence at events, conferences, and gatherings. Solid track record of growing business. Experience with digital, mobile, data, targeting, and attribution.
Knowledge of current digital tools and platforms. Able to effectively balance both creative and analytical thinking. Detail oriented, industrious, resourceful, collaborative, and proactive.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit. Bachelors Degree required. To all Recruitment Agencies:
