How you'll make an impact

We are hiring for a Director of Client Accounting & Finance!

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Managing a large team of direct and indirect reports including coaching, training and developing the team

• Full cycle accounting management

• Managing financial, operational, and reporting activities, not limited to, accounting, financial reporting, financial planning and budgeting

• Providing economic, strategic, and operational planning information and analysis

• Organizing work relating to internal and external audits.

• Participate in a variety of special projects and reports, including leading process improvements, creating SOP's, etc.

• Creating and leading presentations for leadership and BOD's

About You

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

• 7 years related experience required

• Ability to translate financial concepts

• Strong technical skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Expert proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Excellent analytical skills

Preferred:

• Experience managing full cycle accounting department

• Experience with new accounting system evaluation/integration a plus

• Experience working with/reviewing tax returns a plus

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/MS365 preferred

• Public Accounting experience highly preferred

• Master's degree desirable

• Active CPA license in the state of CA preferred

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
