The Director of Change Management is an integral member of the CAO Change Management Team. The Director of Change Management will create and execute program level change activities, coach senior leadership on sponsorship activities, and create and manage stakeholder engagement approaches to achieve organizational alignment and readiness for Elavon's top initiatives.

Additionally, the Director of Change Management will partner product, sales, operations, and other business and functional stakeholders to ensure that change management program strategies drive adoption of Integrated Payment Solutions and eCommerce program changes across the enterprise. This role will play a key role in helping to shape and implement a consistent framework for program change management, including serving as the change leader for high priority program level change efforts.

The Director of Change Management will model effective change leadership, engagement and execution skills as well as deliver high quality change management practices, deliverables and insights.

This person will report into the Head of Enterprise Change Management Program Manager.

What You Get to Do

  • Work with others in the organization to succeed. Create and implement actionable and targeted program change management plans including business transformation activities, stakeholder analysis, communications planning, change impacts, change networks, organizational readiness, and training plans to increase team member adoption and usage.

  • Define the people path to the future state. Focus on creating and implementing change management plans that maximize employee awareness, engagement, and readiness. Build key relationships across Elavon to help communicate and drive adoption of new changes while ensuring that the organization is prepared for change and ready for transition in a way that minimizes program risk and disruption to the business.

  • Equip the workplace with best practices. Evaluate the effectiveness of the change management program and implement improvement strategies. Prepare appropriate reports and documentation including defining success metrics.

  • Deliver high quality results leveraging expertise and resources. Work with respective Elavon partners to communicate the program change management strategy and approach to appropriate stakeholders. Gain insights of change progress and course correct program efforts as needed. Develop communications collateral that helps tell the change story for Elavon, specifically for the Integrated Payment Solutions and eCommerce program.

  • Support the build out and deployment of consistent change management framework and tools. Create and leverage best practices, methods and thought leadership focused on change strategies, change consulting/coaching, change facilitation and execution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10 Years CM Experience and/or commiserate roles in Organizational Effectiveness and/or certification

  • Experience in defining operating models, process redesign, org design, and critical metrics definition preferred

  • Owns and manages a portfolio of CM work for high priority programs

  • Leads or consults on multiple projects concurrently, when needed

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships; Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; high EQ and excellent active listening skills

  • Ability to develop and clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

  • Provide Clarity. Ability to take complex change concepts and reframe them into actionable activities

  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
