Summary

RNDC is looking for innovative and collaborative Director Chain Activation (SUP) I to join our growing Marketing team. The newly created role of Director of Corporate Chain Activation is responsible for activating Wine Suppliers National Accounts and Strategic Retail (NASA) programming and ensuring 100% compliance across all assigned geographies. This individual will be based in either West-California or Central/East-Texas and will be the Senior lead to a similar role handing Wine Suppliers business in the alternate Region.

In this role, you will

• Day-to-day communication with RNDC State/Chain leads and Wine Suppliers National Retail team. Establish a weekly execution call with Wine Suppliers NRD lead and a monthly call with assigned RNDC State Chain personnel.

• Drive compliance/consistent State and local execution on mandated programs making sure they are aligned with Wine Suppliers Key Sales Drivers (KSD's).

• Champion Wine Suppliers National & Strategic Accounts (NASA) Programming & New Item trackers across all assigned geographies providing weekly updates to all relevant parties.

• Monitor and document Wine Suppliers Top 50 SKU's RSP's across all NRD Accounts by assigned State.

• Day-to-day ownership of Wine Suppliers Category Management priorities and how to best execute them w/RNDC's Category Insights team at both a regional and local level.

• Work with Wine Suppliers eCommerce Department to find key areas to drive incremental business and monitor progress.

• Integrate with the technology teams creating the execution capabilities, to bring additional solution-oriented needs and ideas from both the supplier and distributor vantage point.

What you bring to RNDC

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred; ten years related experience, preferably previous National/Regional Account Sales and Supplier Portfolio Management with an alcoholic beverage wholesaler or supplier and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Travel required at approximately 50%.
