COMPENSATION: Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $100,000 - $125,000.

SUMMARY

As Cardinal Group's Director of Centralized Leasing, you'll be tasked with leading a new department dedicated to providing remote, centralized leasing support for Cardinal's portfolio of conventional, student housing, build-to-rent, and affordable housing communities. You'll lead a team of Sales Managers and Specialists, who utilize AI technology and new platforms to manage inbound leads, while ensuring quality and consistency of service across all contracted communities. You'll work closely with the Vice President of Centralized Services and a forward-thinking leadership team to make data-driven decisions on the growth and ongoing management of our platform while helping build a new operational framework for Cardinal Group. Additionally, you'll work with stakeholders in Operations, Marketing, IT & Data, and Investments to identify what works well, what may need improvement, and how we can strive to build a best-in-class leasing platform for Cardinal Group Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to):

• Lead a customer-focused team of centralized leasing team members, offering remote lead management and leasing services through Cardinal's centralization platform.

• Oversee the onboarding process of new communities to the centralized leasing platform, including the management of implementation processes with our technology partners.

• Serve as a liaison with other support departments for a seamless integration of our technology tools within the larger infrastructure of Cardinal Group.

• Assist in establishing and monitoring KPIs for leasing-focused centralized service team members and their accompanying tools.

• Gather feedback from onsite and centralized team members on existing lead management and lease administration procedures, scalability, and efficiency gains.

• Participate in the development of new standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes related to the introduction of our centralized leasing efforts, AI tools, and new technology platforms.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive adoption for all centralized services.

• Develop and implement departmental goals, objectives, procedures, standards of working, etc. in support of the formal performance management processes.

• Partner with Cardinal's client services team to support sales efforts for current and prospective third-party clients interested in centralized services.

• Partner with the Director of Centralized Operations and their team so as to ensure a collaborative approach in our centralization efforts and to ensure strategic alignment within the department.

• Represent Cardinal Group and the Centralized Services department at industry conferences and speaking engagements while serving as a thought leader in centralized leasing support.

• Other responsibilities as directed or required for the successful execution and evolution of Cardinal's centralization efforts.

• Participates in Cardinal U training as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ years of experience in the property management industry.

• 4+ years of experience managing a team to effectively reach established goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• 2+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, with direct experience leading sales/leasing teams, ideally in a remote setting.

• Experience with developing high-performing teams and dedication to people management and personal development.

• Data-driven approach to performance with a penchant for measuring the return on investment (ROI) of efficiency gains.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

• Excellent oral communications with the ability to translate KPIs and metrics into performance-based narratives for a wide variety of audiences.
