If so, lets talk, as we are now hiring for a Client Relations Director!As the Client Relations Director you will be responsible for the effective management of relationships of employer-sponsored (client) accounts. Your main focus will be to enhance and build upon existing relationships resulting in client retention and add-on business and successfully launch new client business. This position can be based in a home office. LOCATION: Southeast (work from home) Must have experience as an Account Manager or have worked in in Sales and Account Management, Client Relations, or Customer Success with a portfolio of corporate clients. What you will be doing:Manage strategic accounts and strategic partnerships to ensure oversight and coordination of all services provided by Bright Horizons.Ensure optimum development of strategic employer-sponsored contracts.Proactively and responsively develop strong partnerships with employer sponsors to maximize client retention and loyalty and to ensure compelling client testimonials and endorsements.Renew and negotiate client contracts to optimize companys financial return and contract terms.Ensure clients experience the maximum return on their child care investment and view Bright Horizons as their strategic partner for all child care work/life-related issues.Support operations in the development of new or changes in programs for clients, including budget development, developing presentations, contract negotiations, and general support.Work collaboratively with members of Client Services and Client Relations to ensure collaboration and communication to anticipate and support client needs.Job RequirementsWhat we hope you will bring to the role:5 years or more of direct account or client relationship management with proven ability to upsell
Experience managing a portfolio of clients (ideally at least a few million dollars) and a proven track record of retaining and growing business
Strong relationship management skills
