Director Case Management

HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Director of Case Management for a 170+ bed hospital in California. This position oversees the day-to-day operations of the department and will collaborate closely with the current department leader to identify and rectify factors uncovered during audits.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; RN required
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience as a Care Coordination leader in either an acute care or ambulatory setting is required. This position requires a subject matter expert who is adept at navigating challenging process issues. Strong background in auditing preferred.
• Licensure: CA RN license required
• Certifications: CCM or ACM preferred
