About the Role:

As the Director, Business Product Management

• Worker's Compensation Bill Review, you'll be focused on overseeing Bill Review offerings within our Casualty Claims Solutions business. This includes ancillary product management, vendor management, and analytic integration. Your expertise in bill review trends, compliance, and adjuster workflows in the commercial workers' compensation and first-party auto industry will be essential for success.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a product roadmap from concept to product end-of-life, including design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, and support.

• Delivering the operating plan and achieving growth objectives.

• Leading a team responsible for defining the roadmap and life cycle of products across a business unit.

• Collaborating across business units on go-to-market strategies for products and services.

• Engaging in a consultative and advisory role with client partners on technology-based solutions.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will:

• Possess a bachelor's degree.

• Demonstrate 7+ years of Product Management experience in the Workers' Compensation Industry.

• Have experience conducting high-level client meetings.

• Successfully built solutions.

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, and Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $146,000 - $175,000
