Drive business process excellence initiatives while establishing a culture of quality and continuous improvement amplifying Enterprise Business Operations strategic success in achieving Centene's purpose: Transforming the health of the community, one person at a time.
Develop, direct, and execute business process excellence/process improvement efforts (site/geography specific, as well as, enterprise-wide)
Drive organizational change in support of strategic initiatives and establishing a culture of continuous improvement - both within the designated geography & across the enterprise
Lead site & enterprise execution of identified operational excellence "programs" (e.g., process management, quality/root cause analysis, continuous improvement, etc.)
Coach & consult the development of process excellence principles, methods and skills/behaviors across the organization.
Conduct performance analyses within designated area(s) and across the organization to determine gaps and ROI of process effectiveness and efficiency
Collaborate with various functional areas (within and outside of Business Operations) to achieve optimal results in process redesign and implementation of new methodologies
Identify barriers to change and develop and propose solutions that address both business needs and customer satisfaction
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, related field, or equivalent experience. 7 years of process optimization, process improvement, or project management experience. Experience with Six Sigma/LEAN methodologies. Knowledge of process mapping, process design, and workflow management software and applications. Experience with organizational change management and data visualization, a plus.
License/Certification: Six Sigma/LEAN Certification preferred.
