About Us

Strategy, Pricing & Analytics department develops data-driven insights and strategies that fuel the optimization within our Residential and Mass Markets customer portfolios. We're on the lookout for a Director of Business Intelligence who can bring fresh energy, innovative thinking, and a collaborative spirit to lead this charge.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead & Innovate: Design and develop cutting-edge analytical tools and capabilities that align with key strategic priorities, including customer count performance, product and portfolio margin analysis and financial modeling

2. Support Performance Improvement: Oversee the creation and delivery of executive dashboards, performance management reports and visualizations that are critical to identifying trends and uncover area/s of opportunity

3. Support Decision-Making: Collaborate with Portfolio Strategy, Pricing & Sales teams to implement data-driven decisions through robust A/B testing and tracking; support portfolio team in performing ad-hoc valuation analysis to identify value-maximizing outcomes

4. Framework Development: Build and refine analytical frameworks, roadmaps, and metrics to support our broader organizational goals

5. Executive Communication: Present analyses and insights to executives and key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner

6. Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of 5-6 analysts, providing technical guidance, strategic business context and coaching to elevate their performance.

What We're Looking For

• Educational Background: Advanced Degree in engineering, math, science or a related field or equivalent certifications / experience

• Experience: 10+ years in a fast-paced, quantitative B2C environment (preferably subscription services business model), including 5-7 years of hands-on team leadership experience

• Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to tackle complex problems and deliver innovative solutions

• Communication Skills: Ability to translate business problems into actionable BI projects as well as articulate data-driven insights to a diverse audience in a timely and compelling fashion

• Technical Expertise: Expert level proficiency in SQL, Python, or other similar programming languages
