Job Overview

The Director, Go-To-Market role is pivotal in crafting and executing comprehensive strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth across all sales segments. This strategic leadership position exists to ensure alignment between product development, sales, marketing, and operations teams, optimizing the go-to-market approach to meet business objectives. Responsible for assessing market dynamics, defining key performance indicators, and refining strategies based on data-driven insights, the Director plays a crucial role in driving seamless execution and achieving optimal outcomes. Additionally, the Director leads cross-functional teams in developing and executing go-to-market plans, supporting product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives. Overall, this role is essential for driving customer satisfaction, sales performance, and business success in a competitive market landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Comprehensive Go-To-Market Strategies: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies across all sales segments, aligning with business objectives and market insights.

  • Drive Alignment Across Teams: Collaborate with product development, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of go-to-market plans.

  • Assess Market Dynamics and Define KPIs: Analyze market dynamics, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and refine strategies based on data-driven insights to drive market penetration and revenue growth.

  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing go-to-market plans, supporting product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives.

  • Monitor and Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor performance metrics, assess effectiveness of go-to-market strategies, and make adjustments as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing, or related field (Required)

  • Work Experience:

  • 7-10 years Experience in go-to-market strategy development and execution (Required)

  • 2-4 years Leadership experience in cross-functional teams (Required)

  • 2-4 years Experience in market analysis and defining KPIs (Required)

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strategic Thinking Ability to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives (Required)

  • Cross Functional Relationships Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams (Required)

  • Data Analysis Proficiency in analyzing market dynamics and defining KPIs to drive strategy refinement (Required)

  • Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and strategies (Required)

  • Licenses and Certifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification in Project Management (Preferred)

  • At least 18 years of age

Washington Pay Range : $170,300.00 - $230,300.00

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
