KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our Business Development Organization.
Bring focus, energy, and go-to-market skills to help our firm win more business, close cycle times, and improve our overall win rate
Become a Solution Specialist in assigned solution; Build market awareness of KPMG for assigned product and service offering
Educate KPMG account teams and clients on how the solution helps address a client issue/need
Function as the KPMG Advocate to account teams and clients
Engage in Solution Management, including Account planning, Client procurement, Meeting follow-up, Pipeline development, Marketing support, Opportunity pursuit, Contract negotiation, Risk management, Proposal and Statement of Work (SOW) development, and Revenue attainment
Demonstrate excellence in applying sales lifecycle management discipline to qualify opportunities and gain insights from win/loss reviews as input to the integrated sales management process
Minimum of seven years of demonstrated successful Big 4 Risk Management Consulting/Implementation experience
Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college/university
Strong subject matter knowledge of SAP GRC and SAP Security and Controls; Hands on implementation experience in these areas is preferred
Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence, and results; Demonstrated ability to develop and lead relationship building activities with C-Level executives, including CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, Business Executives, and General Auditor
Experience working with SAP platform/ solutions platform such as SAP ERP (S/4 Hana, Cloud ERP, and Finance), SAP Solutions for GRC (Access Control, Process Control), SAP HR, SAP CRM/Customer Experience, and SAP SCM/Material Management
Travel as necessary
