KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our Business Development Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring focus, energy, and go-to-market skills to help our firm win more business, close cycle times, and improve our overall win rate

  • Become a Solution Specialist in assigned solution; Build market awareness of KPMG for assigned product and service offering

  • Educate KPMG account teams and clients on how the solution helps address a client issue/need

  • Function as the KPMG Advocate to account teams and clients

  • Engage in Solution Management, including Account planning, Client procurement, Meeting follow-up, Pipeline development, Marketing support, Opportunity pursuit, Contract negotiation, Risk management, Proposal and Statement of Work (SOW) development, and Revenue attainment

  • Demonstrate excellence in applying sales lifecycle management discipline to qualify opportunities and gain insights from win/loss reviews as input to the integrated sales management process

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of seven years of demonstrated successful Big 4 Risk Management Consulting/Implementation experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college/university

  • Strong subject matter knowledge of SAP GRC and SAP Security and Controls; Hands on implementation experience in these areas is preferred

  • Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence, and results; Demonstrated ability to develop and lead relationship building activities with C-Level executives, including CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, Business Executives, and General Auditor

  • Experience working with SAP platform/ solutions platform such as SAP ERP (S/4 Hana, Cloud ERP, and Finance), SAP Solutions for GRC (Access Control, Process Control), SAP HR, SAP CRM/Customer Experience, and SAP SCM/Material Management

  • Travel as necessary
