The Director of Business Development at St. Anthony North Hospital will develop, administer, and direct strategic and tactical operational activities related to assigned service lines throughout the hospital.
Focused on program development, strategy and execution of strategy. These activities include, evaluating the components of services now available, identifying gaps and barriers in the system; developing processes to reduce gaps and overcome barriers, and that provide the greatest accessibility within the catchment area. The process of evaluation and process improvement will include a close working relationship with the Medical Director(s) of Service(s), Service Line VPs and Strategy Team.
In this manner, the position will play both a strong strategic role in ensuring program growth and viability as well as a tactical role of ensuring that work processes are designed to produce high- quality clinical outcomes cost-effectively. The position's primary focus is ensuring that services are available in our communities' at the most appropriate point of service. The Director will work collaboratively with the clinical teams throughout the system.
Reporting directly to the Hospital President and dotted line to the Service Line VPs. Qualifications: In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field, required.
Master's Degree in relevant discipline, preferred 7 years of management experience and proven leadership experience within assigned service line areas. Pay Range: $55.61 - $93.82 / hour Shift: Days
