Summary:The Director of Budget and Financial Planning (DBFP) oversees the Financial Analysts and is responsible for the coordination, preparation and reporting of the financial, statistical, and capital budgets; preparation of the monthly flex budget; preparation of monthly variance analysis and reporting; preparation of the long-range financial forecast; and preparation of the quarterly financial forecasts. The DBFP will perform routine and periodic analyses to help facilitate the strategic and financial planning process.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters Preferred.
  • C.P.A. required.
  • Ten years accounting experience, with at least 5 years with Budget and Financial Planning--preferably healthcare setting.
  • Budget software experience required, Strata experience preferred.
  • Advanced MS Excel and intermediate MS Access, Power Point and Word required.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification
  • CPA required.

Each division is led by an Assistant Director.
