Responsible for the management and development of attorney and broker relationships. Through effective management, problem solving, marketing, branch level engagement, and promotion of B&W Title products and services, the Director of Broker Relations will define and drive strategy that will maximize B&W Title business opportunities (capture rate) with each broker relationship. Responsible for the development of marketing strategies and programs in conjunction with the Marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of title capture rate.
  • Ownership of attorney and broker relations.
  • Establishes strong relationships and partner trust with broker managers.
  • Own broker targeting and segmentation strategy including identifying segment insights and defining strategies to obtain broker engagement.
  • Analyzes branch and broker performance including identification of opportunities and gaps and develop/recommend strategies to address.
  • Identify training needs, prepare and deliver presentations, and conduct branch office and broker visits.
  • Primary liaison between the branch offices, attorneys, brokers, and operations.
  • Interfaces with broker managers and brokers to ensure quality of service and attainment of strategic objectives.
  • Monitor external environment to ensure market competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or business with at least 8 years of sales, training, account management or territory leadership background is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in the title or residential real estate industry a plus
  • Familiarity with financial and analytic data is preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle
  • Substantial travel across Chicagoland is required

The US Associate Director of Provider Relations is a critical customer facing role responsible for leading innovative programs supporting health care transformation and value-based care. Tapping into expertise in health economics, health policy, and reimbursement, you will engage influential health care leader and lead discussions supporting strategic and product level decisions. As a key member of a dynamic, results-oriented team, you will play a key role in executing innovative value-based care initiatives including innovative contracting strategies, such as outcomes-based agreements. The Associate Director will disseminate economic evidence, present economic models, share insights on market access trends, and execute other value-based care strategies with key accounts. The position is also responsible for supporting and leading other market access capabilities. Other responsibilities include building and maintaining engagement and relationships with customers that are mutually advantage for both parties, serving as a conduit for customer insights and needs. Major areas of responsibilities: * Lead customer facing evidence dissemination initiatives. * Support innovative contracting strategies and strategic account plans * Lead market access capabilities * Translate health care trends into strategy #jnjmarketaccess Qualifications Required: * A minimum of 10 years' experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or Health plan industry with a track record of health economic evidence communication, health policy, reimbursement and business impact success. * A bachelor's degree. * Strong customer engagement skills and experience in customer facing roles calling upon providers * Experience working with sales and/or strategic account teams and other commercial functions to shape customer engagement strategies and execute initiatives. * Demonstrated ability to present health economic evidence, economic models/tools, and lead compliant discussion related to value in evidence. * Strong understanding of US health care delivery transformation as well as reimbursement across the care settings (i.e., hospital inpatient, hospital outpatient, physician's office, long term care, home health, etc Ability to travel (local/regional) up to 50%. Preferred: * Health care professional degree in nursing, pharmacy, physician assistance, or similar * Master's degree in health policy, health service research, business administration public health, public policy, health administration, health economics or economics.
