The Director of Benefits plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our benefit programs. Responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, communication, and administration of Baptist Health benefit programs. The Director will ensure programs are compliant with all federal and state regulations and create policies and procedures documenting adherence. Strategically partners with external benefit consultants and internal departments to administer streamlined and cost-effective benefit programs. Integral part of Total Rewards leadership team, reporting to the VP of Total Rewards.
