A day in the life:

The Director, Barostim Consumer Programs, plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Barostim therapy by leading and inspiring Regional Barostim Coordinator Managers and their teams. Your mission will be to educate and assist future Barostim consumers, driving improvements in consumer processing, expanding program reach, and collaborating with the sales team to innovate and meet their needs.

Key responsibilities include harnessing call center metrics to monitor and boost team performance, recruiting and training top talent, and managing overall team effectiveness. You’ll also travel to physician offices to launch CVRx consumer access programs, onboard new sites, and ensure all marketing collateral is impactful and processes are streamlined for maximum participation.

Ideal candidates are dynamic leaders with experience in team management, strategic planning, launching new products or services, and running outbound sales teams or call centers. Your duties will encompass designing strategic plans, providing daily performance guidance, optimizing team efficiency with vendors, leading and motivating call center staff, implementing performance management processes, and stepping in to support call center operations as needed.

Requirements

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Learning agility.
  • Prior experience and success as an outbound Call Center Director or Therapy Awareness Director with management experience in a high performing direct-to-consumer, inside sales, call center style environment.
  • Ability to understand and analyze call center performance metrics.
  • Ability to motivate and coach individuals and teams, course correcting when necessary.
  • Ability to engage and interact with CVRx customers such as physicians and nurses, consumers, and vendors.
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with field sales team.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to manage competing priorities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, self-starter.
  • Strong competency in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Google applications.

Working Conditions:

  • Normal office conditions.
  • Call center environment: this role requires extended periods of time doing computer-based and telephone work in an office environment.
  • Periodic travel.
  • Position can be remote but must have quiet work environment; can also be office-based if the candidate lives near.
