Position: Director - B2B Marketing

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Status: Full-time | Exempt

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Working with seniorsales and marketing leadership, develop contact and content strategies to exceedgrowth expectations for each B2B division and vertical target

  • Support sales staff andcorporate customers by creating marketing materials that effectivelymerchandise and market our footwear such as: flyers, posters, direct mail,digital assets, presentations, surveys, video production, etc.

  • Day to day management ofmarketing deliverables which includes creative requests, revisions, approvals,deliveries, etc.

  • Maintain marketing assetlibrary and making sure materials are up-to-date

  • Work in close collaborationwith/on cross-functional teams in creative, sales, web, ecommerce and customerservice areas to evolve marketing opportunities

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Atleast 10 years' experience in a marketing role required

  • Strongorganization and prioritization skills

  • Projectmanagement experience

  • Ability to workwell in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and multi-task with successfuldelivery on deadlines

  • Strongunderstanding of MS Office programs

  • Team-orientedwith the ability to adapt quickly in a growing, dynamic company

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's Degreerequired
  • 10+ Years ofexperience in a related field and/or position

The internship position provides an opportunity to learn more about how integrated vertical marketing tactics contribute to the B2B marketing funnel. Duties and Responsibilities The intern will be responsible for the following: * Assist with the planning and organizing of specialized tradeshow and seminar projects and initiatives * Assist with brainstorming new marketing opportunities and events * Develop presentations for special events and assist with maintaining the event evaluation database * Assist with development of promotional marketing collateral to support sales teams * Work hand in hand within Marketing department to manage administrative operations * Work with team to create and track relevant metrics to track trade show efficacy * Present findings to senior leadership team Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, PPT, * Previous experience with Business Objects (or related software). * General marketing-related experience with a company, organization, student club, student organization, and etc. Interface This position will interact with both internal and external customers Security Requirements The selected individual must be able to successfully pass a background as a condition of the internship. Working towards a marketing degree preferred Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have excellent interpersonal, collaborative and team building skills. Must have the ability to think analytically, present ideas professionally, and work in project teams.
