The Director, B2B Marketing will take charge of crafting and executing content strategies that generate new demand and lead opportunities for the business. With the market research or Gaming industries as their stomping grounds, the role will play a pivotal role in amplifying Prodege's presence and reputation as a thought leader.

Detailed Job Duties: (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives)
Consistently post meaningful content to position Prodege as the top thought leader.
Support a 12-month calendar with top, middle, and bottom funnel content.
Partner externally with top industry influencers to produce share-worthy content.
Partner internally with design, sales, research and Execs to execute your vision.
Use testing and data to continuously improve results
Be aware of our competitive landscape to successfully position Prodege ahead of competitors
Oversee Master deck creation for sales team and assist with custom request for top tier prospects
Execute in person event calendar based on marketing strategy to empower our sales team to have fruitful conversations, elevate the Prodege brand and ensure Prodege is leading the conversation within the industry
Additional Management Responsibilities:
Performance Management: setting and managing goals, on-going coaching, corrective action, annual reviews, rewards/recognition, and team/individual development
Employee Life Cycle Management: headcount forecasting, job descriptions, recruiting/hiring, termination
Governance: ensuring compliance to company policy/practice (e.g. attendance, behavior, workplace attire), ensuring compliance to employment law (e.g. time keeping, anti-harassment and diversity)
Leadership: ensures availability to staff, team building, building rapport with individuals, encouraging strong collaborative relationships between individuals and departments, facilitating a healthy work/life mix, solicits and applies feedback (internal and external to team), self-improvement as a leader/manager of people
Culture Ambassador: proactively demonstrate and cultivate a culture of cooperative collaboration, strong work ethic, solutions-orientation, quality focus, results-orientation, relaxed/enjoyable atmosphere, team- and individual- celebration, and company/product pride
What does SUCCESS look like?
Success in the role will be measured by the increase in lead generation from website visits, gated content, webinars and industry events. This will be achieved by bringing a proactive and data-driven approach, managing a comprehensive content calendar and collaborating across functions and with clients and thought leaders to produce impactful content and events. Your efforts will enhance Prodege's visibility and engagement through strategic content creation, fostering brand growth on digital platforms, and representing the company in key industry events.
The MUST Haves:
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant B2B content or influencer marketing experience, preferably in the market research, performance marketing, or shopper marketing space, focused on data-driven content geared for Fortune 500 companies
Use of CRM to manage newsletters, lead generation, activation and retention campaigns
Strong B2B writing skills and standards
Can articulate complex concepts into clear, jargon-free content
Able to create an emotional connection between prospects, clients and Prodege
Process-driven, think scale and process, and rely on data to make decisions
Proven ability to work cross-departmentally and execute on timely deliverables
The Nice to Haves:
BA/BS, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
Experience in event management, public relations and/or brand positioning are a huge plus
Pay Transparency:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $150,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
