Covetrus is looking for a Director, B2B ecommerce to spearhead the development and execution of strategic ecommerce initiatives to drive revenue growth and profitability across multiple order platforms. This role will be responsible for overall business performance for online purchasing and will need to work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Category Management) as well as customers and vendors. A successful candidate will be well-versed in using data and analysis to drive competitive insights and actions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate cross-functionally to manage and direct all aspects of B2B ecommerce business, including monitoring performance analytics, website traffic, and product performance
Analyze and report on key performance metrics to optimize all aspects of user and site experience to improve results, drive utilization and grow ecommerce revenue
Be customer-centric in gathering feedback on and managing the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
Orchestrate all aspects of a strategic ecommerce plan: unite cross-functional expertise in sales, marketing, technology and management to deliver a superior commerce experience and results
Develop and execute the enterprise B2B ecommerce strategy, working cross-functionally with teams to ensure QA and timely publishing of all web content
Act as a trusted and valued business partner to internal stakeholders as well as customers and suppliers
Lead and develop a team of ecommerce and merchandising professionals for best-in-class performance
Work with in-clinic teams to develop omnichannel marketing calendars, strategies, and promotions; lead execution of online activations
Own website metric reporting system and process to ensure key stakeholders are informed of platform capabilities and enhancements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
8+ years of experience in B2B or B2C ecommerce roles.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's Degree; experience in animal or human healthcare a plus.

Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location.
However, the pay range for this position is as follows.
$126,200.00 - $234,400.00
