About the Role:

As the Director of WW B2B Demand Generation for Hybrid Systems Marketing at HP, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the development and execution of high-impact demand generation strategies. Working closely with global business units, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will lead the charge in engaging prospects and customers with targeted campaigns and marketing activities. Leveraging your expertise in B2B marketing, campaign management, and team leadership, you will drive pipeline growth and revenue acceleration on a global scale.

What You Get To Do:

  • Lead global demand generation campaign strategy, planning, and execution for HP's hybrid work products and solutions, with a focus on driving pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Drive a holistic view of B2B demand generation strategies across various marketing motions, ensuring alignment and scalability across multiple channels and regions.

  • Oversee the development of B2B demand generation campaigns, including customer journeys, offers, and funnel optimization to engage target audiences effectively.

  • Measure and optimize campaign performance against revenue growth goals, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.

  • Manage a team of campaign managers, ensuring the successful execution of global campaigns and alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, track campaign performance, and provide ongoing reporting to internal stakeholders.

  • Partner with Field Marketing leads to plan mid-to-lower funnel campaign activations and accelerate opportunities and conversions.

  • Drive cross-channel efficiency and maximize ROI on campaign investments.

  • Represent the global campaign team at leadership forums, sharing updates and insights on campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Market Development teams to ensure successful follow-up and engagement with prospects from demand gen campaigns.

  • Work closely with partner marketing to develop and execute campaign strategies leveraging the partner ecosystem.

  • Coordinate localization and translation workflows with internal and external teams globally.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in campaign management related to B2B marketing, with a track record of driving pipeline generation and deal velocity.

  • Experience with hardware and software products/solutions preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in managing high-performance teams.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and analyze key performance metrics for campaigns.

  • Experience with target account strategy and segmentation to build target lists for demand gen campaigns.

  • Ability to work with multiple data sources, analyze insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical ideas for diverse audiences.

  • Self-motivated, innovative, and creative with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of a cross-functional team and work autonomously.

  • Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail in execution.

What Gives You an Edge

  • Experience with Eloqua, Dynamics, Power BI, and ABM platforms is a plus.

  • Direct experience working with external agencies and executing high-visibility campaigns with large stakeholder groups.

  • Experience working in a media agency, particularly within tech brands, is advantageous.
