Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience with Software Engineering practices and concepts.

  • Ability to design, and implement the clean code with Continuous integration (Jenkins) and code coverage tools (Sonar, Clover) to ensure 80% or higher code coverage and leading TDD development practices.

  • Sound knowledge of C++, C#.Net, Java, Spring, JUnit, Databases, APIs (REST/SOAP), Continuous Delivery concepts and tools such as Jenkins/Bamboo, vulnerability tools such as Sonar, Checkmarx/Fortify, etc.

  • Demonstrated software development, testing, and coding skills are required

  • Good knowledge of architecture, common design patterns, test data generation tools highly desirable.

  • Expertise in agile delivery, and life-cycle management tools (JIRA/Rally/Rational Concert)

  • Experience with performance engineering and profiling (e.g. Java JVM, Databases) and tools such as Load Runner, JMeter. Exposure to Application performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk desirable.

  • Exposure to Cloud, Infrastructure-as-a-code concept, and tools such as Chef/Puppet desirable.

. Exposure to APIGEE, and Identity & Access Management preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Provide managerial and technical leadership for Authentication Gateway products on EWS Shared platform which includes authentication, identity, and security.

  • Ensure seamless integration of these foundational components into EWS products.

  • Define and lead strategy and roadmap, balancing short- and long-term priorities against the business needs.

  • Partner closely with both internal and external stakeholders to create, drive and deliver the critical foundational platform.

  • Advocate and influence the development of new technology on behalf of our application teams, and customers while also closely collaborating with internal cross-functional team leads, Product Architecture, and UX.

  • Define and ensure a high level of product quality which also incorporates data protection and security elements into the offering.

  • Manage and build an excellent engineering team to innovate, invent and deploy leading edge foundational platform. Develop and grow this talent through effective mentoring and coaching.

Responsible for developing and executing the quality assurance vision for the business unit, through established quality assurance standards, testing approaches and inspection strategies and frameworks. Establishes a culture of innovation within the Quality organization, championing the deployment of superior processes in lieu of traditional inspection activities and ensuring the delivery of continuously improving value and compliance to customers and the business unit. Direct all quality systems/operations. Manage utilization of equipment, facilities and personnel to obtain maximum efficiency and meet performance objectives. Control significant quality projects. Maintain authority over budget and scheduling. Functions as the top quality management leader and reports directly to the top executive in the business unit.
