ATK is seeking a highly motivated Director of Audience Acquisition and Partnerships to join our team! This new position is responsible for driving new audience acquisition across Americas Test Kitchens product lines with a focus on driving digital traffic, new to file email names and ultimately revenue.
This position will focus driving new audience via external partnerships, collaborations and acquisitions supporting the acquisition effort by our marketing team running traditional channels such as paid media, SEO, etc. You will be responsible for establishing partnerships, driving them through launch and beyond.
This position works under the direction of the Chief Digital Officer and has three very focused and highly visible responsibilities:
Grow ATKs Amazon Affiliate business by developing partnerships with media and publishing companies in order to expand the distribution of ATKs equipment and ingredient testing content.
Own the acquisition new audiences via external partnerships, collaborations with influencers and acquisitions with the specific goal of driving growth of ATKs marketable email list. You will work closely with ATKs Marketing and PR teams to hit our new audience acquisition goals.
Partner with marketing to Drive new audience acquisition for our brand new digital business targeted towards kids ages 8-13.
Who You Are
Someone with a proven track record prospecting and establishing successful partnerships that drive new audience, email list growth and revenue.
You are a self-starter and can be self-sufficient while collaborating with larger teams - Marketing in particular.
You can successfully drive overall negotiations and execution. Lead select activities around deal structuring, negotiations, execution and internal implementation of a variety of partnership types.
